We still discuss about the probationary period issue in this session. I would like to bring this issue to deeper angle which regard to the importance of personal strategy in new employment probationary period.

Strategy is essential to attract new employers, especially to present self potential, to enable self alignment with new employer objective, to present individual performance and to produce personal ability and work quality to new employers.

Lead yourself and through the probationary period without a strategy, like doing the work without planning, not build targets to be achieved, rely much depending on style ofoother person or employer evaluation, and failed to realize own advantages.

The probationary period was not the one way approaches. It was not look like to seat written examination. Common problem happen when workers expect their employers to assess and define their evaluation in the desire level of assessment. in the same level with other persons, and later they not satisfy, and they blame to the employers about the evaluation results.

Most new employees not understand the assessment evaluation standard should be. Employee failed to adapt their self-capabilities into new employer career system, failed to meet the requirements of the new job skills, failed to understand the work culture according to new employer's policies and failed to meet standard evaluation set.

Personal strategy is important to prepare ourselves to meet the probationary period challenges successfully,it will also be the added value for long term self improvement, and also for long term personal career development benefits.

How the strategy should be built up for new career? Should we place our time and commitment in vain situation? Should we blame ourselves in the future as a result of the our own weakness?

We will discuss further the personal strategy in next appointment.

See you again.
